Location: Irving Campus, Irving, Texas, USA; onsite academic leadership role

Salary: $100,171.61–$130,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive program.

What you will do

  • Lead BSN academic strategy for the Irving Campus and oversee daytime and evening/weekend nursing programs.
  • Own student outcomes including NCLEX pass rates, persistence, graduation, enrollment, and satisfaction.
  • Ensure curriculum delivery, assessment, and continuous improvement meet institutional and accreditation standards.
  • Build, lead, and develop faculty, lab staff, experiential learning partners, and academic support teams.
  • Manage faculty hiring, onboarding, scheduling, development, performance, workload models, budgets, and retention.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, community organizations, governing bodies, and national support teams to drive program growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Nursing required; doctoral degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
  • At least five years of full-time experience in nursing education, including three years in academic leadership.
  • Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse licensure and/or multi-state compact privilege to practice nursing in Texas.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and advise faculty and students, with strong communication, conflict-resolution, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Professionalism, integrity, ethical leadership, and strong prioritization skills.
