Senior Manager, Finance - eCommerce Marketplace (eCommerce)

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville Home Office, 1601 SE 10th St, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Annual salary: $90,000–$180,000, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead FP&A activities across close, forecasting, annual operating plans, and long-range planning.
• Own financial models, business cases, scenario analyses, and management P&Ls for strategic decisions.
• Evaluate financial and operational performance and translate findings into recommendations, trade-offs, and decision options.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and structure ambiguous business problems.
• Identify risks and opportunities, improve reporting and analytics, and leverage automation and AI.
• Raise accountability and analytical standards across the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• At least 1 year of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Expertise in financial planning, analytics, modeling, and variance analysis.
• Ability to structure complex problems, develop scenarios and business cases, identify root causes, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience leading complex workstreams, developing talent, influencing senior stakeholders, and communicating concise, decision-oriented insights.
