Senior Financial Analyst (Marketplace)

Location: Santa Ana, California headquarters or Jersey City office; hybrid work schedule.

Salary: $90,356–$138,140 per year, with potential eligibility for additional compensation.

What you will do

• Partner with Marketplace operating teams to understand financial levers, performance, and key operating metrics.
• Support monthly forecasting, annual operating plans, quarterly planning cycles, and long-range planning.
• Own Marketplace GMV, revenue, and OpEx inputs for the consolidated quarterly forecast.
• Assemble reporting and live-review materials for business leaders.
• Analyze data and prepare quarterly board materials, board books, and executive reporting packages.
• Identify variances from plan and improve recurring financial reporting and systems processes.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, investing, consulting, finance operations, or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial close cycles, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience building driver-based financial models.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage recurring deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Ability to learn new platforms, apply an AI-first mindset, and maintain strong data quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer goods or digital marketplace businesses and knowledge of marketplace unit economics.
