What you will do

• Install, assemble, dismantle, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery.
• Work with exhaust fans, generators, hydraulic systems, pumps, gears, bearings, and compressors.
• Measure and perform precision leveling and alignment using calipers, micrometers, optical instruments, and related tools.
• Fit bearings, align gears and wheels, attach motors, and connect belts based on blueprints and manufacturer drawings.
• Fabricate and install parts through measuring, cutting, drilling, and welding.
• Unload, inspect, move, and position equipment using cranes, hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks while following safety requirements.

Requirements

• Journeyman Precision Millwright hand tools required.
• At least 4–5 years of industrial construction or maintenance experience, including at least 3 years of Millwright experience.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel at least 75% of the time.
• Ability to work outdoors in uneven terrain, extreme temperatures, limited visibility, noise, odors, and restricted work areas.
• Ability to pass preliminary and periodic drug testing and comply with PPE, safety, and Environmental Health and Safety policies.

Nice to have

• Experience installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematic drawings, engineering specifications, and technical manuals.
• Experience using industrial hand tools and power tools.
