Millwright Foreman

Location: Knoxville, Tennessee, United States; full-time work at the CSUSA-SHO headquarters and customer plant sites, with schedules varying based on plant downtimes.

Pay: Depends on experience; annual reviews and bonus potential.

What you will do

• Lead daily crew activities, conduct toolbox talks, and assign tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
• Rig, move, and set equipment such as HVAC units using cranes and helicopters.
• Perform industrial equipment maintenance, demolition, drilling, welding, and bolting.
• Take accurate measurements with precision tools.
• Coordinate with owners and general contractors to complete work on time and within budget.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a millwright or in a similar position.
• Industrial experience is required; leadership experience is preferred.
• Ability to work safely in indoor and outdoor environments, including extreme heat, cold, and bad weather.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday and lift or carry up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and perform overhead, crawling, squatting, kneeling, and bending activities.
• Punctual, reliable, team-oriented, drug-free workplace compliant, with good vision, motor control, and hand-eye coordination.
