Director, Valuations and Advisory Services

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: 100% commission-based with an uncapped commission structure.

What you will do

• Produce detailed, high-quality property valuation reports.
• Build and maintain client relationships through outstanding service.
• Collaborate on strategic growth initiatives in the market.
• Promote and advocate for the hirify.global brand.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related commercial real estate experience.
• AACI designation.
• Experience providing property valuations, market research, and business development.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Current authorization to work in Canada on a full-time basis; work visa sponsorship is not provided.
