Location: Toronto office with hybrid work; at least three days per week in the local office or working onsite with clients. The role includes regular travel, with approximately 50% of time potentially spent at client sites. Authorization to work in Canada and the United States is required.

What you will do
- Manage consulting projects and work with clients to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Develop hypotheses, manage data collection, create models, conduct analyses, and perform primary and secondary research.
- Use creative approaches to address information limitations and surface actionable insights.
- Provide technical and senior-level direction by working with Partners and the internal network.
- Oversee analysts and coach Oliver Wyman and client team members.
- Present results, potential issues, and implications clearly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, or Engineering.
- Experience with advanced analytics and data manipulation software, including R, Python, SAS, SQL, or SPSS.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently under limited supervision, manage demanding workloads, and meet defined deadlines.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Regular travel is required, and valid authorization to work in both Canada and the United States must be maintained.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a specialized consulting firm, top-tier bank, or financial institution.
- Experience level aligned with the available track: 1–2 years for Senior Analyst, at least 3 years for Associate Team Leader, at least 5 years for Team Leader, or at least 8 years for Director.
