Senior Vice President of Strategy (AI)

Location: Remote in Canada; applicants are accepted only from Ontario and Québec.

Salary: CAD 170,000–230,000 annually, depending on experience and location.

What you will do

• Lead and evolve the strategy practice across the Americas.
• Advise CMOs, CIOs, and other executive stakeholders on brand, customer experience, data, technology, and AI transformation.
• Shape strategic pursuits, develop differentiated value propositions, and support proposals, RFPs, and client presentations.
• Transform market and client insights into scalable offerings across strategy, brand, data activation, personalization, and AI.
• Develop thought leadership, represent hirify.global at industry events, and strengthen relationships with analysts, partners, and influencers.
• Build and develop a high-performing strategy team and establish AI-native operating models, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Significant experience in strategy consulting, digital consulting, business transformation, or a related advisory discipline.
• Experience advising marketing and technology executives on growth and transformation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of customer experience, brand strategy, data activation, personalization, and AI-driven transformation.
• Experience leading complex multidisciplinary pursuits through deal closure and scaling strategy or advisory teams.
• Experience defining operating models and implementing AI-enabled or AI-native consulting approaches.
• English fluency is required for Québec-based candidates because the role collaborates with teams across the Americas and occasionally Europe.
