Senior Strategist, Enterprise (AI)

Location: Toronto; hybrid model with four or more days per week in the office, with global travel required for client work.

Estimated compensation: $85,000–$100,000 annually.

What you will do

• Build relationships with C-suite executives, business leaders, and AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data leaders.
• Lead client discovery, current-state assessments, opportunity identification, and strategic diagnosis.
• Design target-state capabilities, digital operating models, ways of working, and transformation roadmaps.
• Advise clients on AI and digital innovation, including impacts on products, customer experiences, and competitive dynamics.
• Facilitate executive workshops and working sessions that drive decisions and momentum.
• Own proposals, executive presentations, business cases, engagement documentation, and client relationship development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in a client-facing role with enterprise or corporate clients; consulting, strategy, or advisory experience is advantageous.
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems independently and develop a clear point of view.
• Strong executive presence, communication, presentation, and senior-stakeholder advisory skills.
• Experience leading client workshops, discovery sessions, or working sessions.
• Genuine enthusiasm for in-person work; availability for a hybrid schedule with four or more office days per week and willingness to travel globally.
