Manager, Enterprise (AI)

Location: Toronto; hybrid model with four or more days per week in the office. Global travel for client work may be required.

Estimated compensation: $100,000–$120,000.

What you will do

• Own and grow relationships with C-suite executives, business leaders, and AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data leaders.
• Lead enterprise transformation engagements from scoping and discovery through recommendations, roadmaps, and delivery.
• Advise clients on AI and digital innovation opportunities, operating models, products, and customer experiences.
• Direct multi-workstream engagement teams, review deliverables, and ensure quality, timeliness, and measurable outcomes.
• Design and lead executive workshops and working sessions.
• Develop proposals and business cases, secure follow-on engagements, and contribute to thought leadership and new offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–8 years of client-facing experience leading work for enterprise or corporate clients.
• Experience leading multi-workstream engagements end to end and directing engagement teams.
• Strong executive presence and experience advising senior stakeholders.
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Genuine enthusiasm for in-person collaboration; four or more office days per week are required.
