What you will do

• Perform assembly, testing, inspection, and basic troubleshooting according to documented procedures.
• Set up, calibrate, and perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Collect and record operating data and make defined process or equipment adjustments.
• Follow work instructions, process flows, and safety guidelines to maintain consistent production quality.
• Support engineering tests, experiments, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with training new technicians or operators and contribute to team operations.

Requirements

• Less than one year of related experience.
• No formal occupational training is typically required.
• Experience or ability in cleanroom operations, manual dexterity, microscope use, mathematics, statistics, and computer literacy.
• Ability to perform technical problem-solving, work independently, and communicate effectively.
• Availability for the scheduled shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.
