Staff Technical Recruiter (AI)

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle searches across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Customer Operations.
• Partner with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to define requirements, success criteria, and hiring strategies.
• Conduct in-depth leadership interviews and deliver a high-quality candidate experience through offer close.
• Build inclusive, data-informed search strategies and prepare insight-driven candidate summaries.
• Provide market insights, recommendations, and clear search updates to stakeholders.
• Use AI and automation tools for outreach, scheduling, and documentation while maintaining a personalized approach.

Requirements

• 15+ years of recruiting experience in a global company or retained/executive search firm.
• Strong understanding of leadership assessment, business context, and organizational structure.
• Ability to influence and advise senior leaders through critical hiring decisions.
• Strong interviewing, storytelling, stakeholder management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and AI-enhanced recruiting tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and automation assistants.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
