Sales Support Specialist (Home Remodeling)

Location: New Castle, Delaware, United States; Workplace: On-site

What you will do

• Maintain and update Excel trackers for capacity, eligibility, and no-show appointments.
• Monitor sales holds and communicate updates to HICs and managers.
• Prepare customer documentation, scorecards, reports, and management exports.
• Research job information and provide concise summaries.
• Update job notes and status changes in the CRM system.
• Support follow-up actions and documentation from sales hold meetings.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• High accuracy and efficiency in data entry and processing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn new systems and technologies; one year of office or data entry experience is preferred.
