Senior Highway Group Manager (Transportation Infrastructure)

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, United States; hybrid

Compensation: $179,064.64–$204,645.30 per year

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow multidisciplinary highway design teams within hirify.global’s Texas Transportation practice.
• Build and strengthen relationships with TxDOT, regional agencies, municipalities, teaming partners, and other stakeholders.
• Identify business opportunities and develop pursuit strategies for Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build projects.
• Partner with marketing and technical teams on proposals, presentations, interviews, and client-facing pursuit materials.
• Oversee project delivery and help teams meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.
• Support recruitment, hiring, coaching, development, and retention of technical talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license in Texas or the ability to obtain one.
• Established relationships and experience working with TxDOT and regional transportation agencies.
• 15+ years of highway design, transportation infrastructure, and project management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale highway projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, client service, and team-building skills.

• Experience with alternate delivery projects.
• Local municipal experience.
• Active involvement in professional organizations.
