Senior Business Analyst – SAP FICO (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid in Pleasanton, California or Plano, Texas; office attendance required three days per week. Domestic and international travel of up to 10% is required. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $107,500–$219,600 per year.

What you will do

• Own configuration, optimization, and governance of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling solutions.
• Lead Product Costing and Cost Controlling for manufacturing cost structures, allocations, standard costing, inventory valuation, and profitability reporting.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solution designs and guide enhancements across integrated applications.
• Lead testing, validation, documentation, deployment, and end-user training for upgrades and enhancements.
• Manage medium-sized projects or workstreams and oversee external vendors and implementation partners.
• Contribute to the SAP roadmap, IT systems strategy, and finance data governance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO configuration experience and 5+ years of SAP Product Costing (CO-PC) configuration and support.
• 5+ years supporting manufacturing finance and cost accounting processes within a manufacturing company.
• Experience with standard and actual costing, cost rollups, variance analysis, WIP, cost object controlling, production settlement, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost allocations.
• Experience with ECC and/or S/4HANA, full-lifecycle SAP implementations, and integration across FI, CO, MM, PP, and Supply Chain.
• Experience leading requirements analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, and vendor collaboration.
