Senior Procurement Systems Analyst

Location: San Jose, California, United States; hybrid work environment

Annual salary: $88,200–$163,800 in California, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand data governance needs and challenges.
• Define data governance strategies, frameworks, policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Use Tableau for data processing, analytics, and governance activities.
• Assess data quality and compliance with governance policies, then recommend improvements.
• Document data architecture designs and standards and guide stakeholders in applying them.
• Train team members on data governance principles and tools and provide technical stakeholder support.

Requirements

• Understanding of procurement master data and data governance processes and frameworks.
• Project and/or program management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Understanding of procurement processes and analytical software.

Nice to have

• Experience developing dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience managing environmental, social, and governance initiatives.
• Understanding of SQL or a similar query language.
