Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Lead to Cash

Location: Oak Brook, Illinois, United States; hybrid work. Occasional domestic travel may be required.

Salary: $85,500–$162,975 annual base pay, plus benefits, 401(k) contribution, and eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Design and own solutions across the Lead to Cash value stream using SAP ECC SD/LE and integrated applications including EDI, Esker, PkMS, Hybris Commerce, SAP Personas, TMS, Paymetric, Vertex, and Salesforce.
• Lead major workstreams for implementations, S/4HANA migrations, and complex cross-functional integrations from requirements through go-live and hypercare.
• Contribute to end-to-end solution architecture, configuration standards, design best practices, and the Lead to Cash application roadmap.
• Diagnose complex cross-platform issues, identify root causes, and drive solutions where no standard playbook exists.
• Design change, release, testing, and validation approaches for major system changes and manage escalations with the Application Managed Services provider.
• Identify AI-enabled process re-engineering opportunities and mentor analysts by reviewing designs and functional specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of experience in enterprise applications or information technology, including application development or configuration.
• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP SD/LE experience, including configuration.
• Deep knowledge of Lead to Cash processes, including pricing, customer master, order management, ATP, deliveries, logistics, transportation, and invoicing.
• Experience with at least one full-lifecycle SAP implementation, including design and blueprinting, and leadership of a major workstream or solution component.
• Strong SDLC, release and change management, solution design, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder influence skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or relevant SAP certification.
• SAP S/4HANA migration experience and experience working in global environments.
• Experience with eCommerce, tax, credit card processing, Salesforce, Zuora, customer EDI, subscription management, or recurring billing.
• Experience mentoring analysts, data analysis, reporting requirements, and delivery estimation.
