Toyota Business Development Center Representative (Automotive)

Location: Roswell, GA; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Contact customers to identify automotive needs.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls and answer inbound calls.
• Set service appointments and coordinate with service advisers.
• Confirm customer appointments.
• Build and maintain customer relationships while providing strong customer service.

Requirements

• Prior sales, call center, or BDC experience is required.
• Appointment-setting experience is required.
• Strong communication, computer, and phone skills.
• Experience with ADP, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to multitask, stay motivated, and work as part of a team.
