Automotive Service Advisor (Automotive)

Location: 4965 E Royalton Rd., Broadview Heights, Ohio, United States. Full-time onsite position.

Salary: USD 50,000–70,000 per year.

What you will do

• Greet guests and provide clear, respectful assistance throughout the repair process.
• Explain repair solutions and sell services honestly and effectively.
• Manage store workflow and coordinate customer service activities.
• Communicate with customers by phone and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with the service team and help ensure repairs meet required specifications.
• Shuttle guests as needed in a company-branded vehicle.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive customer service, service writing, service advising, or automotive sales.
• Current driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the insurance carrier.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and automotive store applications.
• Dependability and reliability for a scheduled full-time position.
• Ability to remain on your feet most of the workday, occasionally lift more than 50 pounds, and maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume environment.
