What you will do

• Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable development tasks.
• Support the product roadmap and delivery of new features for a proprietary generative AI platform.
• Manage day-to-day agile development activities, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Apply BDD and TDD practices, create Gherkin-style acceptance criteria, and collaborate with QA on test cases.
• Provide hands-on technical oversight, troubleshoot issues, monitor platform performance, and resolve delivery blockers.
• Support integrations with tools, APIs, and vendor solutions while communicating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in technology roles supporting cross-functional development teams in agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, machine learning, or related technologies.
• Familiarity with MarTech platforms and the digital marketing or advertising technology landscape.
• Experience with product or platform development, modern web or software development processes, APIs, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a professional services, agency, or consulting environment.
• Experience presenting technical concepts to clients or stakeholders.
• Experience using no-code or low-code platforms to create multi-step agents and workflows.
