AI Product Manager II

What you will do

• Own the lifecycle of internal AI models, including evaluation, onboarding, access management, and secure integration.
• Manage developer-facing AI tooling, SDKs, APIs, documentation, sample code, and onboarding resources.
• Enable engineering teams to move from prompt engineering to multi-agent workflows and agentic systems.
• Own token usage, capacity forecasting, pricing, chargeback models, and platform efficiency metrics.
• Partner with Finance, Cloud FinOps, platform engineering, systems engineering, and security teams to manage AI spend and risk.
• Prioritize the product backlog and lead Agile sprints for model hosting, API routing, token metrics, and developer enablement tools.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Product Management experience delivering developer platforms, APIs, SaaS, or technical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI fundamentals, including LLMs, API integrations, context windows, token consumption, and model routing.
• Familiarity with tool-calling, agent frameworks, MCP, orchestrators, and multi-agent development.
• Analytical experience with technical metrics, usage data, cloud spend, or subscription economics.
• Excellent technical communication skills and the ability to build trust with engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with developer platforms, technical documentation, or internal developer relations.
• Knowledge of cloud governance, FinOps, or API platform usage-cost management.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Gemini, Azure AI, or AWS Bedrock.
