Lead Product Manager (Agentic AI)

Location: Kennesaw, Georgia, United States. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the recruitment process.

Salary: $107,500–$188,400 USD annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and execution for a new agentic AI product within the Tax & Accounting division.
• Build high-fidelity agent prototypes and evaluation suites that establish product value and correctness.
• Design prompts, tool-use constraints, evaluation frameworks, multi-agent workflows, state management, and human-in-the-loop decision points.
• Balance model accuracy, latency, inference costs, and commercial viability.
• Design graceful degradation, including deterministic tax-engine fallbacks and human escalation paths.
• Partner with engineering, UX, and tax domain SMEs from opportunity identification through production launch.

Requirements

• Daily practical experience with agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar.
• Ability to debug agent transcripts and distinguish prompt, tooling, evaluation, and model failures.
• Understanding of context windows, RAG, model routing, tool design, and when to use deterministic rules instead of an LLM.
• Experience designing user experiences that handle AI uncertainty through fallbacks, confidence signals, and human validation.
• Experience shipping regulated enterprise SaaS with compliance, data privacy, auditability, and uptime requirements.
• United States location: Kennesaw, Georgia; onsite attendance may be required during the interview process.

• Experience in tax, accounting, legal, healthcare, or financial services.
