What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product strategy for the Files Platform, including migration, search, metadata, and API capabilities.
• Drive product discovery across diverse user groups and translate insights into a prioritized roadmap.
• Align cross-functional teams including engineering, design, security, and legal around a unified vision.
• Make strategic build-vs-partner decisions regarding content platform integrations.
• Define and implement intelligent document capabilities such as summarization and auto-classification.
• Establish success metrics and communicate progress to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise infrastructure.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Proven track record of owning product strategy from discovery through launch and adoption.
• Strong systems thinking skills with experience in complex data models, APIs, and permissioning.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Deep empathy for user workflows across advisors, operations, and external collaborators.
