Shipping & Receiving Clerk (Manufacturing)

Location: Commerce City, Colorado, United States; onsite warehouse role

Pay: $18.00–$27.00 per hour based on relevant experience. Additional compensation includes an 8.33% bonus potential and a Long-Term Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Receive, register, distribute, and process incoming product deliveries.
• Pack outbound shipments and verify labels, quantities, and packing slips.
• Determine appropriate packaging, handling, storage, and transportation methods.
• Print shipping documents, including air waybills, bills of lading, shipping labels, and SLI documents.
• Coordinate with FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, local carriers, vendors, and customer service to schedule pickups and provide tracking information.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and dock plates; load and unload shipments, maintain inventory, and support routine counts.

Requirements

• High school education or GED required.
• Three to five years of similar or related experience required.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
