Warehouse Inventory Control - 1st Shift

Location: Lenexa, Kansas, United States. Onsite, 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Salary: $19.00–$20.00 per hour. Eligible for an annual performance incentive plan and a $750 retention bonus.

What you will do

• Assemble orders, prepare goods for shipment, and complete shipping and receiving reports.
• Operate UPS shipping equipment, prepare packages, and manage mailing paperwork, quality control, and customer proofs.
• Maintain shipping-material inventory, perform cycle counts, and replenish supplies.
• Process customer and inter-plant returns while coordinating with vendors and internal departments.
• Resolve shipping tasks such as freight quotes, split shipments, and special handling requests, documenting each step.
• Enter tracking and shipment data using SAP, warehouse systems, Excel, scanners, and related programs; safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least one year of inventory control or cycle-counting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate to advanced SAP skills.
• Experience operating reach lifts, order pickers, electric pallet jacks, and counterbalance equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.
• Ability to compare and verify paper documents, system records, and physical products.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
