Warehouse Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Visalia, California, USA

Salary: $19.00–$21.00 USD per hour

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, label, stock, organize, and maintain materials and inventory.
• Prepare, verify, stage, box, and ship customer orders, parts, and products.
• Operate manual and automated equipment for picking, packing, and shipping.
• Process shipping transactions and maintain accurate inventory data in the ERP system.
• Manage customer returns and investigate stock discrepancies through root cause analysis.
• Maintain a safe, orderly warehouse and support quality, compliance, communication, and operational improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP data entry and maintenance; IFS experience is preferred.
• Basic mathematics, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and contribute as a cooperative team member.
• Ability to work in an industrial warehouse and open-office environment, drive without restrictions in the country of residence, and lift over 50 pounds as needed.
