Communications Program Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Hybrid office environment in Farmers Branch, Texas, United States. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required, with occasional work outside standard business hours to support global communications and events.

What you will do

• Develop and execute internal communications strategies aligned with business priorities, culture, organizational change, and employee engagement.
• Advise senior People leaders and executives by creating messaging, presentations, talking points, announcements, and change communications.
• Shape the employer brand and produce content for career sites, social media, recruiting campaigns, university relations, and hiring events.
• Manage intranet content, editorial calendars, communication workflows, approvals, and governance across email, digital signage, presentations, video, and social channels.
• Support All-Hands meetings, Town Halls, leadership forums, employee programs, ERGs, site openings, and other major company events.
• Establish KPIs, analyze engagement and talent-attraction metrics, and create dashboards and executive reports to improve communication impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Human Resources, Public Relations, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 6 years with a Master’s degree, or 3 years with a PhD.
• Experience in internal or corporate communications, employer branding, marketing communications, employee engagement, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting global or multi-site organizations and partnering with senior leaders and executives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, editorial judgment, stakeholder management, project and program management, and data-analysis skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools including SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Lists, Forms, and Copilot, plus experience with intranet and digital communication platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, technology, semiconductor, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design platforms.
• Experience with recruitment marketing, social media, visual storytelling, and executive communications.
