Sr. Specialist, Functional Communications

Salary: USD 70,200–85,400 per year

What you will do

• Create clear, engaging communications across written, digital, live, and virtual channels.
• Partner with stakeholders across Corporate Affairs and the business to understand communication needs and align messaging.
• Use metrics and audience insights to evaluate communication effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Streamline processes and improve team effectiveness, including through AI-enabled tools.
• Maintain editorial calendars, project documentation, and shared resources.
• Learn and use Socialive to support video storytelling and employee communications initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in communications, corporate communications, public relations, marketing, content development, or a related field.
• Experience creating written communications tailored to different audiences, channels, and business needs.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to gather information, align messaging, and support communication objectives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.

• Experience supporting communications that improve employee engagement, understanding, and business alignment.
• Experience using reporting, metrics, or audience insights to measure communication effectiveness.
• Experience improving processes, simplifying workflows, or applying AI-enabled tools to communications, content creation, research, or productivity.
