Salary: $115,900–$152,100 per year

What you will do

• Advise leaders, business partners, and project teams on communication objectives, audiences, timing, channels, risks, and outcomes.
• Develop executive-ready communications, including talking points, presentations, leadership messages, FAQs, stakeholder updates, and town hall materials.
• Create communication strategies, plans, calendars, and coordinated messaging for business initiatives, operational priorities, and change efforts.
• Partner with change management, readiness, project, and business teams to support awareness, engagement, adoption, and reinforcement.
• Develop content across email, intranet, presentations, guides, videos, collaboration platforms, and town halls.
• Use engagement metrics, feedback, and AI-enabled tools to improve communication effectiveness, personalization, quality, and audience experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of experience in communications, employee communications, internal communications, change communications, public relations, marketing communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience developing and executing communication strategies, plans, and content for complex business initiatives, organizational priorities, operational changes, or transformation efforts.
• Experience advising senior or business leaders on communication strategy, executive messaging, stakeholder engagement, organizational communications, or change initiatives.
• Strong business acumen, executive presence, facilitation, consulting, relationship management, judgment, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 communication and collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Viva Amplify, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Prosci certification or an equivalent change management certification.
• Experience using data, metrics, feedback, and insights to improve communication decisions and effectiveness.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve communication productivity, quality, personalization, or analysis.
