TL;DR

What you will do
- Gather, model, and present data for budgeting, planning, and ad hoc analysis.
- Create quarterly company-wide and business-unit financial statement reports for internal and external customers.
- Aggregate and load budget and forecast data from business units and shared services departments.
- Support short- and long-term business planning while tracking key performance indicators.
- Investigate business challenges, perform market and industry research, and recommend actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with relevant coursework.
- At least two years of experience as a financial analyst and required experience with Workday.
- Experience analyzing large and complex data files, transforming raw data, creating file layouts, and writing reports using tools such as Crystal Reports or Microsoft Reporting Services.
- Working knowledge of data analysis technology, relational databases, statistics, algorithms, and automated sales management tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, along with strong communication, organization, decision-making, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, work collaboratively, travel locally or nationally, and meet the stated physical and typing requirements.
