What you will do

• Organize financial performance reporting, management reporting, and budget processes.
• Support management review meetings, parent profitability sessions, and board meeting materials.
• Assist business users and line managers with budgeting, financial planning, and business plans.
• Prepare financial and business presentations for senior management and parent leadership.
• Develop ad hoc financial analyses and communicate insights that support business decisions.
• Use Tableau and other business intelligence tools to analyze business performance and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 2 years of experience with financial modeling.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial reporting or analysis.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
• Training, certification, or experience with Tableau or business intelligence reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, workload-management, and teamwork skills.
