FP&A Senior Analyst

What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze and manage expenses, providing insights that improve cost efficiency and resource allocation.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly spending, explain variance drivers, and recommend corrective actions.
• Improve forecast accuracy by analyzing cost changes and updating assumptions.
• Use forecasts to help functional leaders identify spending issues early and make informed decisions.
• Build dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Identify data gaps and reporting risks while automating and streamlining financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field.
• Experience in financial analysis, preferably within a large and complex organization.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and confidence working with large-scale data.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage projects with competing priorities.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, attention-to-detail, and ownership skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Prior corporate FP&A experience.
