EMEA Resilience Risk Manager

What you will do

• Manage and maintain operational resilience, digital resilience, ICT risk, and business continuity policies and procedures.
• Enhance the operational resilience programme, including key risk indicator collection, Board reporting, important business service reviews, resource mapping, and impact tolerance statements.
• Design and conduct scenario testing, Business Impact Analysis, business continuity testing, and regional and global tabletop exercises.
• Investigate BCP and technology-related operational risk events, perform root cause and control assessments, and oversee remediation actions.
• Manage the Fusion BCP and Resilience system and coordinate third-party due diligence processes.
• Chair the ICT Risk Governance Committee, contribute to DORA incident reporting, and engage with Boards, senior management, Technology, Information Security, and global risk functions.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant subject.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in an asset or investment management firm within operational risk, IT risk, business continuity, resilience, or internal audit.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to build relationships, challenge and influence stakeholders, and work to competing deadlines.
• Experience presenting to Boards and senior management and working with senior stakeholders.
• Authorization and right to work in the United Kingdom without current or future sponsorship.
