What you will do

• Deliver instructor-led UTS training to technical and non-technical students with varying experience levels.
• Provide classroom, hands-on, and scenario-based instruction covering UTS concepts, technologies, methodologies, and operational considerations.
• Translate complex technical and operational concepts into clear, practical instruction for real-world environments.
• Design, develop, update, and continuously improve curricula, presentations, instructor guides, student materials, exercises, scenarios, assessments, and supporting documentation.
• Evaluate student understanding through practical exercises, assessments, and observation, incorporating feedback and lessons learned into future courses.
• Collaborate with technical subject matter experts, instructional designers, program leadership, and other instructors while supporting demonstrations, equipment preparation, and classroom setup.

Requirements

• Professional experience with Ubiquitous Technical Surveillance concepts, technologies, environments, or related operational disciplines.
• Experience delivering technical, intelligence, operational, or mission-focused training.
• Ability to instruct both technical and non-technical audiences and explain complex information clearly.
• Experience with hands-on or scenario-based instruction and with developing or updating training curricula and instructional materials.
• Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt training delivery to student experience, course objectives, and evolving technologies.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the U.S. Intelligence Community, Department of War, U.S. military, or a related national security environment.
• Intelligence or national security instructional experience involving surveillance, counterintelligence, technical operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience developing scenario-based or experiential training programs.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Active security clearance and experience with emerging surveillance technologies, sensors, communications, or related technical disciplines.
