Production Supervisor (Industrial Gases)

Location: Ningbo, Zhejiang, China; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Facilitate compliance with EH&S standards and drive a zero-injury safety culture at the site.
• Lead operations excellence initiatives covering productivity, reliability, quality, cost reduction, services, continuous improvement, and budget delivery.
• Apply global best practices across EH&S, Operations, and Engineering in the Ningbo area.
• Lead operating teams to ensure safe, efficient operation and compliance with contractual requirements and on-stream guarantees.
• Work with Engineering, Sales, business areas, and project development teams on expansion projects, cost reduction, plant reliability, and safety performance.
• Maintain close customer relationships and respond to routine and growth requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering; alternatively, a diploma in the same field with at least 5 years of experience in gas, petrochemical, or related operations.
• Preferably 5+ years of line-management experience in process operations or engineering.
• Extensive coordination experience in a multi-team environment.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, customer relationship, communication, and coordination skills.
• Broad technical knowledge of gas operations and engineering.
