Production Manager (DayaBay) - Additives

Location: Onsite in Huizhou – Daya Bay, Guangdong, China

Total target cash compensation: ¥322,875–¥430,500 per year, including base salary and annual bonus.

What you will do

• Enforce safety procedures, promote a zero-incident culture, and maintain plant cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Develop and update production SOPs and technical procedures while ensuring process equipment readiness and operational reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting of equipment failures and process deviations, implementing corrective actions.
• Lead, coach, and develop production operators through structured training and mentoring.
• Plan daily production schedules, allocate workforce, equipment, and materials, and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Lead process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, increase yield, control costs, and support sustainability programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong English proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
• Proven experience in operator leadership, problem-solving, and housekeeping management.
• Strong safety and quality mindset with a demonstrated commitment to operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
