Production Manager (Jianping) - Adsorbents (manufacturing and bentonite production): Managing production planning, resources, quality, inventory, and delivery at an adsorbents manufacturing site with an accent on continuous improvement, EHS, 5S, energy management, and cost control. Focus on optimizing production processes, coordinating supply chain and maintenance, managing team performance, and reducing material waste and production costs.
Location: Jianping, Liaoning, China; onsite

What you will do
- Manage production planning and workflows based on customer orders, ensuring appropriate inventory, product quality, quantity, and on-time delivery.
- Organize personnel, materials, equipment, raw materials, and utilities in coordination with supply chain and maintenance functions.
- Establish and supervise departmental policies, systems, and processes within the headquarters management framework.
- Lead team work allocation, performance management, skills training, and professional development.
- Manage CPS Area Optimization, Excellence projects, KPI monitoring, 5S implementation, and energy management.
- Control departmental costs and material consumption while proposing production process improvements and waste-reduction measures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in materials science, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, or a related field.
- More than 6 years of manufacturing experience, including more than 3 years of team management and more than 3 years in foreign-funded enterprises.
- Fluent English communication skills required.
- Proficiency in bentonite production and processing technology.
- Knowledge of quality, EHS, and cost management systems, plus Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and management skills.
Nice to have
- Electrical or mechanical engineering professional title.
- Experience as a maintenance manager.
- Certified Black Belt.
