Production Planner (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Beverly, Massachusetts, United States; on-site

Salary: $66,564–$99,846 per year, plus eligibility for a team incentive bonus and comprehensive benefits for regular employees working 20+ hours per week.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and manage production schedules based on demand forecasts, engineering plans, and production specifications.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering teams to align materials and resources with production timelines.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules for changes in demand, supply constraints, and operational priorities.
• Analyze capacity and labor requirements to optimize production flow and resource utilization.
• Track schedule adherence and production output, identify bottlenecks and risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain accurate data in ERP and planning systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; high-tech or semiconductor experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and planning tools, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
