Preferred Banking Manager

Location: Mesquite, Nevada, United States; full-time onsite role. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Salary: $88,430–$109,000 per year, based on the specific job location. Annual bonus or incentives and restricted stock may also be available.

What you will do

• Lead and coach the Preferred Banker team in managing the complete client life cycle and resolving complex client requests.
• Promote banking products and services, including treasury management, loans, commercial accounts, and personal accounts, based on client needs.
• Manage work allocation, cross-training, reporting, turnaround times, and team productivity.
• Ensure service-level, risk-management, regulatory-compliance, audit, sales, and customer-service standards are met.
• Use data analytics to create and execute strategic business initiatives and support change management.
• Hire, train, develop, and manage the performance of team members.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in treasury management sales, treasury management service, branch banking operations, or a similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; a related bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of banking operations, including deposits, new account opening, loan administration, treasury management, and commercial banking products.
• Advanced business, legal, and technical writing skills, with knowledge of industry-standard writing specifications.
• Advanced experience with deposits and treasury management products.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
