Location: Work from home in Ohio, United States; 65% travel away from the office required

Salary: $96,581.25–$166,852.00 annually

What you will do

• Lead a designated market of branch locations and guide Branch Leaders toward strong client service and performance.
• Recruit, retain, coach, develop, and hold branch leadership teams accountable to company standards.
• Expand existing business relationships, develop new business, and participate in Community Reinvestment Act activities.
• Improve branch efficiency, operational accuracy, policy adherence, and regulatory compliance.
• Build community networks and coordinate with Market Operations, Mortgage Loan Originators, Financial Consultants, and Business Banking.
• Monitor audit issues, remove execution barriers, and support strategic initiatives across the market.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent required.
• 8+ years of branch banking experience, including 6+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven coaching, people leadership, client service, sales, and operational management skills.
• Ability to build effective partnerships, communicate clearly, resolve client problems, and lead teams across business units.
• Must work from home in Ohio and be able to travel away from the office 65% of the time.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Additional experience may substitute for less formal education.
