Treasury Management Relationship Manager (Banking)

Location: Dover, DE; travel within the bank's footprint is required. Applicants must already be authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require work visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $64,491.00–$105,949.50 per year, plus potential incentive and retention awards.

What you will do

• Sell treasury management products and services to customers and prospects across the Commercial and Retail divisions.
• Meet with customers to understand deposit, financial, operational, and business needs and design appropriate treasury management structures.
• Analyze customer needs and prepare competitive proposals and pro formas.
• Identify opportunities for treasury products and refer customers to other bank products and services.
• Collaborate with Commercial Relationship Managers to onboard new clients and retain existing relationships through consultative treasury reviews.
• Monitor assigned portfolios, maintain compliance, report policy or pricing exceptions, and support financial performance goals.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a banking environment.
• Commercial and/or retail banking product knowledge.
• Excellent listening, sales presentation, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and able to travel within the bank's footprint.
• A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred.
• CTP or CCM accreditation is preferred, or willingness to complete the required courses.
