What you will do

• Manage backend compute environments, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Security Suite, certificate systems, virtualization, operating systems, end-user devices, and automation frameworks.
• Maintain enterprise certificate inventories and renewal workflows for SSL/TLS, code-signing, and authentication certificates using CyberArk and Venafi.
• Monitor Microsoft Purview data sources, classification, data loss prevention policies, compliance dashboards, and policy enforcement.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, migrations, patching, decommissions, major incident escalations, and operational requests.
• Support audit readiness, FFIEC compliance, risk remediation, system documentation, and operational reporting.
• Lead disaster recovery planning, testing, after-action reviews, and collaboration with architecture, application, infrastructure, audit, risk, and compliance teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; computer science or a related background is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in technology engineering or managing small- to medium-scale technology programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Linux operating systems, Microsoft 365, Entra, Defender, Purview, Intune-managed devices, MDM, MAM, and zero-touch deployments.
• Strong knowledge of certificate management, PKI, Microsoft certificate stores, data governance, data classification, retention, lifecycle management, labeling, and DLP policies.
• Working knowledge of disaster recovery, Ansible, infrastructure automation, patching, system lifecycle management, and end-of-life remediation.
• Awareness of FFIEC, SOX, HIPAA, NIST, or similar compliance frameworks, together with strong documentation and cross-functional communication skills.
