Systems Administrator (Microsoft 365/IAM)

Location: Dynapower, South Burlington, Vermont, United States; full-time onsite position. Occasional off-hours support and minimal travel may be required.

Base salary: $77,600–$106,700 per year.

What you will do

• Provide a single point of contact for IT-related problems across on-premise infrastructure, cloud services, and identity platforms.
• Support and implement hardware, servers, operating systems, enterprise applications, networks, printers, VoIP, and mobile devices.
• Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
• Manage user lifecycle processes, IAM policies, RBAC, least privilege, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, and identity integrations.
• Manage ticketing, documentation, backups, patching, updates, vulnerability remediation, antivirus, and endpoint security.
• Support onboarding, deliver user training, monitor identity-related security events, and troubleshoot system failures.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant IT experience.
• University degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, and on-premise and online Exchange.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 identity services, including MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, and SSO.
• Working knowledge of networking, servers, and virtualization technologies.
• Eligibility to obtain authorization under ITAR and/or EAR is required; non-US persons may not be eligible.
