IT Operations & Infrastructure Administrator (Microsoft 365)

Location: Onsite five days a week

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide hands-on technical support for office, manufacturing, and remote users.
• Administer Microsoft 365 productivity, identity, device management, security, compliance, collaboration, AI, and remote support capabilities.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment.
• Support Meraki networking, Fortinet firewall solutions, VPN connectivity, endpoint security, and vulnerability remediation.
• Maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms and other conference room technologies, including cameras, displays, audio systems, and Meeting Owl devices.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, licensing, monitoring, documentation, vendors, and infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure support.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration and support experience.
• Experience with enterprise networking technologies, preferably Meraki, and firewall administration, preferably Fortinet.
• Familiarity with endpoint management platforms such as Intune, NinjaOne, or similar tools.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless networking.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week, manage multiple priorities, troubleshoot independently, and communicate effectively.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT, manufacturing experience, or 5–10 years of enterprise-level support experience.
• Microsoft, Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, CompTIA, or related certifications.
• Exposure to cybersecurity tools, IT service management platforms, and ticketing systems.
