Manufacturing Process Operator (Coating)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA / McKees Rocks, PA; onsite schedule Tuesday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

What you will do

• Operate and monitor mixing tanks, heating vessels, conveyors, and other production equipment.
• Measure and add raw materials according to production specifications.
• Monitor temperatures, pressures, flow rates, gauges, and process controls.
• Collect product samples, perform basic testing, and adjust processes based on results and equipment readings.
• Inspect equipment for leaks and hazards, maintain production and equipment logs, and follow required safety and PPE procedures.
• Work with the production team to maintain quality and meet production goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort working with equipment, measurements, production processes, coating materials, and chemicals while wearing required PPE.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently.
• Ability to walk throughout the manufacturing facility and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, production, chemical processing, or warehouse operations.
