What you will do

• Partner with clients to understand their business operations and identify improvements beyond software requirements.
• Lead workstreams covering implementation, platform configuration, and client adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous business problems and support clients through change.
• Collaborate with the Consulting team to improve delivery methods and outcomes.

Requirements

• Several years of professional consulting or client-facing delivery experience, ideally in a Big Four, boutique, or comparable consultancy.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity about how businesses operate and confidence to challenge existing approaches.
• Interest in how technology and AI are changing professional services firms.
• Collaborative, low-ego working style.
