What you will do

• Own and lead client engagements end-to-end, from scoping through successful delivery.
• Act as a trusted senior advisor for clients, including C-suite stakeholders.
• Understand clients’ business models and translate business context into effective hirify.global implementations.
• Guide clients through onboarding, business process improvement, and adoption of the platform.
• Help shape consulting best practices as the team grows.
• Support and set an example for less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional consulting experience, ideally in a Big Four, boutique, or comparable consultancy.
• Experience managing senior, complex, or global client relationships with composure under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with credibility in front of C-suite stakeholders.
• A working point of view on how AI and technology are reshaping business models in professional services.
• A practical, hands-on approach to consulting and client outcomes.
