Aviation Consultant (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Deliver technical analyses for airport infrastructure, capital investment programs, and aviation business plans.
• Write professional reports and deliver presentations to a diverse range of public and private sector clients.
• Lead workstreams and projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the aviation advisory discipline.
• Collaborate with international teams to provide strategic advice on aviation policy and economic issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Airport Planning, Transport Planning, or a related technical field.
• Professional experience in airport planning, infrastructure advisory, asset management, or capital program delivery.
• Must be based in or able to work from London, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, or Madrid.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent proficiency in oral and written English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a client-facing environment.

Nice to have

• Fluency in additional languages relevant to European, American, or Asian markets.
• Experience with policy work for organizations like the European Commission or Department for Transport.
• Interest in sustainability and Net Zero initiatives.
