What you will do

• Plan and support the execution of healthcare capital and facilities projects from programming through closeout.
• Coordinate clients, healthcare stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, authorities, and internal program leadership.
• Maintain project schedules, cost estimates, cash flow projections, risk logs, budgets, and project reports.
• Facilitate client, user group, and project team meetings while tracking decisions and action items.
• Monitor progress and support changes involving scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Support construction administration, including site observations, contractor submission reviews, procurement, RFIs, and project closeout.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience supporting or managing healthcare construction or capital improvement projects.
• Knowledge of healthcare facilities planning, construction sequencing, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Full-time work based in Dallas, Texas.

Nice to have

• Experience working in active or occupied healthcare environments.
• Experience with project management or scheduling software.
