Engineering Quality Lead (HVAC)

Location: Redmond, Oregon, United States; full-time role with regular work in office, manufacturing, laboratory, and field environments. Regular domestic travel to customer sites, service locations, manufacturing facilities, and suppliers is required.

Salary: $89,458.00–$121,031.00 per year

What you will do

• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Manual and quality management systems.
• Develop, implement, and oversee quality standards, metrics, and control systems for final products.
• Analyze quality and performance data using statistical and root-cause analysis to drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate quality reporting, strategic planning, continuous improvement activities, and customer-facing meetings.
• Resolve customer complaints and field-service technical problems with Engineering, Sales, Warranty, Field Service, suppliers, and manufacturers.
• Direct workflow, manage schedules, and coach or provide feedback to assigned QA team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with SAP EWM or Inventory Management modules, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
• Mandatory English proficiency.
• Ability to travel domestically, work in production and service environments, follow safety procedures, and use required personal protective equipment.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, multitasking, organizational, communication, and supervisory skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended or emergency hours when required.

Nice to have

• ASQ CQE certification and experience with ISO, Lean, Statistical Process Control, auditing, HVAC, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Additional language proficiency.
